Registration
All attendees must check in at registration at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel to receive your conference name badge, which will serve as your entrance ticket to all events.
Registration will take place in the Delta Ballroom lobby. If you enter the hotel through the Cascades lobby (main hotel check in), follow signs to the Delta Ballroom (about a 10-minute walk from Cascades Lobby). Here is a map that will help you navigate the hotel.
When you check in, you will print your badge on arrival (or ask a volunteer to help), and all you will need is your name. If you have purchased multiple tickets and have not yet transferred these to your group members, then you can check in on their behalf or they can check in themselves, as long as they know the email address of the purchaser.
We strongly recommend transferring group tickets in advance so your group members can also take advantage of this year’s Sing! App.
Registration and the information desk will be open at the following times:
Schedule & Conference App
We recommend that every registrant download the Sing! 2022 conference app, as it will be the most up-to-date guide with schedules, maps, reminders, information and this year’s songbook.
As this is a ticketed event, be sure to use the email address that is linked to your ticket to get full access to all the content. If you have multiple people in your group please go ahead and transfer tickets to them ahead of time.
Please refer to the official schedule in the conference app to make the most out of your time at the conference.
Spaces are still available at several exciting pre-conferences & focus gatherings – sign up today:
Sing! Handel's Messiah
During the Tuesday evening plenary session on beauty and creativity, everyone will sing along with selections from Handel’s Messiah. Sheet music will not be provided, but you can view the congregational choruses here at the conference app, and either print them at home or access them on your device.

Have you booked your stay for the Sing! Conference yet? We have arranged special conference pricing with the Gaylord Opryland Resort. Hotel rooms are limited, so we encourage you to book your room(s) as soon as possible : Book your room now using this special link
When considering your lodging options, we highly recommend staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, as almost all conference events will be under one roof. If you stay at Gaylord, you do not need to rent a car, which is a considerable cost savings (you can use Uber/Lyft or taxi to get to the hotel from the airport).
If you choose to stay offsite, please be advised that parking at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel is $33/day + tax (self-parking) or $45/day + tax & tip (valet), and either parking option will add additional walking time to get to the Convention Center area.
Breakout Seminar selection is now available for all in-person registrants.
To select your breakouts, simply visit www.singglobal.com/breakouts where you can also RSVP for pre-conference events and focus gatherings.
Please note that if there are multiple people in your group, each ticket holder needs to select breakouts individually. There are two ways to do this: 1) You can manage each person's selections yourself by choosing each ticket one-by-one in the Breakout Registration Portal; or 2) You can transfer each ticket to the name/email of the registrant in My Tickets and then each ticket holder can make selections.
You may change your selections by returning to the personalized conference portal at any time, pending seat availability.
The deadline for selecting seminars is August 26. After that date, you will be automatically registered for the seminars taking place on the main stage.
Registration is open for the Children's Leadership Forum: Sunday, September 4, 2:00pm
Now in its fifth year, the Getty Music Children’s Leadership Forum is a pre-conference for educators, children’s ministry leaders, parents, pastors, and anyone involved in helping inspire the next generation of worshipers to sing the glories of Christ. This year’s theme will focus on how the patterns and habits of prayer, song, and corporate worship shape children and families over the course of our lives.
This event is free, but you must RSVP at www.singglobal.com/breakouts. Provided in partnership with the Virginia Martin Howard Foundation.
